Details:Mr. Kenny engages in tax audit defense on a percentage performance basis and in business formation, estate and tax planning in Princeton, New Jersey. A 1968 graduate of Manhattan College, he received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1973. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a CPA in New York State, a member of the Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan and New Jersey bars, the United States Tax Court, and the Federal District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Northern District of Illinois and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law. He has served as chapter president of Tax Executives Institute and and the Mercer County Chapter of the NJSCPA, board member of the Princeton Corridor Rotary ; he is also a member of the Princeton Bar Association, the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, and the tax committees of the New Jersey Bar Association a nd New Jersey State Society of CPA’s. He serves as a Commercial Arbitrator for the New Jersey Superior Court and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Rider University, The College of New Jersey,and has been an instructor in entrepreneural courses for the federal Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program, an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law and a Visiting Professor of Business Law at Sanda University in Shanghai, China. In addition to his experience as a director of large corporate tax departments he has had early experience with a Big Four CPA firm, a tax law firm and IRS Chief Counsel's Office. He has contributed to many professional publications including The Journal of Taxation, The Journal of State Taxation, The Interstate Tax Report and The Tax Executive.
