Celebrating New England's Inventors & Inventions

This special event  hosted by the Museum of Science in collaboration with the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA)  honors New England's newest and most innovative technologies. By celebrating local innovators and their inventions, as well as the stories behind them, the program advances the Museum's mission of transforming the nation's relationship with science and technology. We hope to showcase breakthrough technologies that will fulfill important individual and/or social needs in novel ways, and ensure a more sustainable future for our environment.

The nomination period is now closed. Each nominated invention had to meet the following requirements: 1. Hold a patent or a published patent application issued within the last five years. 2. Be developed in New England or by an inventor that resides in New England, and 3. Represent a technology that can be described or demonstrated to the general public at the Museum of Science in Boston.

Join us for Invented Here! as we recognize the top inventions that best showcase a technology with the potential to change the way people interact with each other and the world around them.
